Services and Products

Shingles - We offer a variety of designs and colors from most manufactures: from laminates to architectural design with 30-50 year warranties on material and up to 110 mph wind warranties. If you have a specific manufacturer in mind let us know, we can special order almost any product available.
Hot built-up - A built-up roofing consists of plies or layers of roofing felt bonded together on site with hot bitumen. A protective surface coating of gravel or slag is sometimes embedded in a heavy top coating of hot bitumen. It is laid down to conform to the roof deck, and to protect all angles formed by the roof deck with projecting surfaces, and forms a single-unit flexible waterproofed membrane fastened to the deck by cementing and nailing. There are many systems available and we can design one to fit your specific needs.
Torch down - Modified bitumen or "torch-down" roofing is a popular alternative to classic tar-and-gravel built-up roofs or 90# roll roofing. It consists of a single rubber membrane that is heated with a torch, then bonded to a fiberglass mat that is attached to the roof sheathing. It works well for patios, garages, storage sheds and most low slope applications. Although it can be used on living spaces and commercial applications, we recommend a more substantial system for those applications.
E.P.D.M. - This single-ply membrane is used mostly in commercial applications. We offer ballasted and fully adhered systems. Ask us to show you which will work best for your project.
Cold Process - Some projects call for the use of fibered roof coatings and emulsions that do not require heat to apply. If this type of application is a requirement on your specific project, we would be glad to show you the choices available.
Solar Roofing - Photo voltaic cells are being made into shingles, tiles and panels that can be integrated into your roofing project. These products can help supply your electrical needs as well as providing tax incentives on installation. We are currently in the process of research and development with this division of our company and we would welcome any comments or suggestions as well as any information from anyone who has a roof mounted photo voltaic system in use.
